You keep 80% of every sale. Payouts are monthly by default, with weekly payouts or a payout on request if you prefer. In Nigeria, payouts start from ₦5,000 weekly and have no minimum monthly.

How It Works
The Details
- Monthly is the default. Payouts are processed on the first business day of each month.
- Weekly or on request. Switch to weekly payouts on Mondays in Payout Settings, or request your available balance once every 7 days. A requested payout arrives within 5 business days.
- Save up if you prefer. You can skip scheduled payouts until your balance reaches a target you choose.
- Nothing is lost. Any amount not yet paid carries forward and stays yours.
- PayPal by request. PayPal payouts start at ₦10,000, which suits authors in the UK, US and Canada. Ask our Finance team to set it up.
- Ethiopia. Authors and publishers are paid by mobile money: Telebirr or M-Pesa Ethiopia.
- Processing dates. These are when we send your payout. Your bank, wallet or PayPal account may take longer to show it.
