Do Purchased Credits Top Up My Balance?
Yes. When a payment is verified, the credits are added to your existing balance. If you had 50 credits and buy 20, you will have 70.
When Is A Credit Used?
One credit is used when an eARC invite email is successfully sent to a recipient. If the recipient does not claim it, that send still counts as used.
What If The Email Fails?
If the invite email fails to send, the system restores that credit automatically and marks the invite as failed.
Can I Resend A Reminder?
Yes. Open the book campaign and use Resend beside the recipient. Resending a normal sent invite does not use another credit.
Can I Send The Same Book To The Same Email Twice?
No. The system skips recipients who already have an eARC invite for that book, so you do not spend duplicate credits by mistake.
When Can I Send eARCs?
Sending opens after the book is approved and scheduled with a future publication date. You can still buy credits and review history before then.
