You asked, and we listened—Send to Kindle has arrived for Sọna eARCs.
We want reviewers to enjoy advance copies wherever they read best. For many readers, that means the Sọna Reader app. For others, it means settling in with a Kindle. Authors can now offer both.
When an author enables Send to Kindle for an eARC campaign, reviewers can send an eligible claimed copy directly from their Sọna eARC shelf to their personal Kindle library. Since there are no downloads to manage and no book files sent to a regular email inbox—Sọna prepares the advance copy and securely submits it to the reviewer's saved Kindle address.
The original eARC remains available in the Sọna Reader app, so Kindle is an additional reading option, not a replacement. Authors stay in control of each campaign, and they are charged only when a reviewer actually uses Kindle delivery.
Set up your Kindle address once, then future Kindle-enabled eARCs are only a click away.
For Reviewers
Set up Kindle Delivery Once
In a browser, open Reviewer Hub → Reviewer Profile → Send to Kindle. Add your personal @kindle.com address.
Amazon accepts personal documents only from approved senders. In Amazon, open Account & Lists → Content Library → Preferences, scroll to Personal Document Settings, then open Approved Personal Document E-mail List and choose Add a new e-mail address. Add:
[email protected]
Return to Send-to-Kindle E-Mail Settings on the same Amazon page, copy your preferred address ending in @kindle.com, then enter it in Sọna and confirm that you completed the approved-sender step.
After setup, return to Reviewer Hub → My eARC Shelf. For a claimed eARC whose author supports Kindle delivery, Send To Kindle appears on the book card beside Read In App. It does not appear on pending requests.
Choose Send To Kindle and Sọna will securely submit a personalised EPUB directly to your saved Kindle address. The Kindle copy includes the book's title, author, cover and advance-review-copy notice. It is never attached to your normal Sọna account email and is never offered as a browser download. After successful submission, the button changes to Sent To Kindle and is disabled for that eARC version.
If the request needs to wait, we will email your normal account address. You can continue reading in Sọna, and we will email you again after the Kindle document is submitted. Amazon may take a few minutes to place a personal document in your Kindle library.
Author Controlled Corrections
The reviewer can request the initial Kindle copy. After it is successfully submitted, repeated clicks do not create more deliveries or charges.
