If you run into an issue (a book with a problem, a technical error, or anything that does not seem right), here is how to let us know.
Reporting a Specific Book
If a book has a content issue, a formatting problem, or you believe it violates copyright or platform policies, you can report it directly from the book's page on the web, iOS, or Android app.
How to Report a Book:
- Open the book's page
- Tap or click the flag icon in the book header
- You will need to be signed in to continue
- A report form will open. On the web, select a reason:
- Copyright Infringement: If you believe the book uses someone else's work without permission
- DMCA Takedown: If you are the rights holder and wish to file a formal takedown notice
- Spam/Low Quality: if the book appears to be spam, AI-generated filler, or does not meet basic quality standards
- Other: For anything that does not fit the above categories
- Add a description explaining the issue
- Submit your report
On the iOS and Android mobile apps, the form opens pre-filled with the book title and ID. Describe the issue and tap Send Report.
You will receive a confirmation email once your report is submitted. The Sọna team will review it and follow up if more information is needed.
Reporting a General Problem
For account issues, payment problems, technical bugs, or anything not related to a specific book, go to Account Settings > Report a Problem on the web, iOS, or Android app.
Add a title, a description, and an optional screenshot. It helps to include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The device and browser or app version you were using
What Happens After You Report
Every report is reviewed by the Sọna team. Once submitted:
- Your report is logged
- You receive a confirmation email
- The team investigates and may contact the author or request more information from you.
- If action is taken, you may be updated depending on the nature of the report.
If you see something that does not belong on Sọna, reporting it helps keep the platform right for everyone.
