The Publish Dashboard is your home base on Sona. Everything you need to manage your books, track your earnings, set up payouts, update your profile, and access publishing tools lives here.
This guide walks you through each section so you know where to go and what each page is for.
To access it, sign in to your Sọna account. Once you are signed in, you will land on your Publish Dashboard.
Dashboard Home
https://readsona.com/publish/dashboardThe first thing you see when you sign-in is your Publish Dashboard which displays an overview of your publishing activity.
Here, you can see:
- Recent Books: your latest titles with their current status badges, so you can quickly see what is live, under review, or still in draft
- Total Earnings: your all-time earnings on Sọna
- Pending Payout: the amount waiting to be paid out at your next scheduled payout
- Quick Actions: shortcuts to upload a new book, view your books, and check your earnings
- Identity Summary Cards: if you have more than one pen name (or imprint, for publisher accounts), the dashboard shows a swipeable set of cards, one per identity, each displaying that identity's earnings, sales count, live titles, and titles currently under review. Tap or click any card to open the full report for that pen name or imprint.
Books
Path: https://readsona.com/publish/books
This is your full book library. Every book you have uploaded to Sọna lives here.
Filters
Use the tabs at the top to filter your list:
- All: every book in your account
- Draft: uploads you started but have not submitted
- Review: books currently being reviewed by the Sọna team
- Live: books that are published and available to readers
- Archived: books you have removed from your active list
If you have more than one pen name or imprint, an identity dropdown appears above the tabs. Select a pen name or imprint to see only the books published under that identity. The tab counts update to reflect the filtered set. Select All Pen Names or All Imprints to return to your full catalogue.

From this page, you can:
- Enter recipient email addresses
- Send claim links to selected readers
- Track which copies have been claimed
Gift copies are available only for live, paid books. They are not available for free books.

Pre-Orders

- Individual pre-order transactions
Pre-order funds are released to your earnings balance on your publication date.

- Genre focus
- Public URL
You can manage all your imprints from this page and assign books to the correct imprint during upload.

From this page, you can track the status of your claims:
- Pending
- Approved
- Disputed
If needed, disputed claims can be escalated to the Sọna team.
See the full guide: How Book Claims Work on Sọna.
Book Claims for Publishers
